Kongtong Mountain: The Taoist Peak of Gansu

Getting There
Kongtongshan is about 15 kilometers from Pingliang, which has rail connections to Lanzhou and Xi'an. Plan a full day for the mountain. Spring and autumn are the best times; summer is warm, winter is cold but atmospheric.
